A Snake in the Bag

Unfortunately, after a few dozen photos, Phinneas had to say goodbye. The snake man planned to relocate him in a nice patch of rainforest up in the hills... AND, best of all, if we get another snake, the snake man says we have a life-time "frequent customer" discount!  Posted by Hello

Could you do me a favour and tell my wife that, rather than being relocated, Phinneas was destroyed with a bunker busting bomb? I'd like her to stop sleeping with her eyes open.

Actually, carpet pythons and other house-trophic reptiles have undergone a sudden mass extinction, as reported in Nature a mere 6 hours ago...

Yes, well, that just proves you shouldn't scare my wife about snakes. I wondered where she was last night.

Maybe you need to do with her the same thing we did to the cats last night - dangle a plastic snake in front of her until she bats it away (see Tim's blog for the complete social psych story...)
