Me and my birthday cheetah

For my birthday Tim and I went to the National Zoo in Canberra, where we got to pet three adult cheetahs. It was amazingly cool - the cheetahs were very soft, and they started purring almost from the minute we set foot in the enclosures. The cheetahs were wild-bred in South Africa, but were very laid back and friendly. Cheetahs are my favorite animal, and it was a thrill to be so close to one. Posted by Hello
