We had a nice time on the Gold Coast o my birthday. We stayed at the Radisson Resort and it was really lovely. The very tropical and lush gardens had quite a few large water dragons. For dinner we went to a Japanese restaurant, East (see below - very funky atmosphere).

OK I am a shmuck for missing your birthday. Glad you had a good time. It looks lovely. I only had a day trip to the gold coast in '93.
