He recently successfully underwent radioactive iodine treatment for thyroid cancer, but now he is losing weight and the vet thinks it is something called "inflammatory bowel disease" which apparently is quite treatable. Gromit, who has MAST cell cancer, is also being successfully treated on a maintenance dose of prednisone.

Zamboni's Turn for a Medical Condition!

Hey, I just read your profile - I can't believe you like The Thin Man - Did I tell you I have the whole thin man series on VHS here in Oz? Along with other William Powell & Myrna Loy movies and other great 30s and 40s flicks. Also have all the McKillip books and all Guy Gavriel Kay's books. It's funny these things never come up in casual converation.
You and Zamboni are too skinny - you need to gain some weight!! Hope the new meds help everyone!!
