Easter Lamb Cakes

Baked a series of three lamb cakes this Easter weekend. Used white chocolate and raspberry swirl cake mix for that realistic effect of a severed spinal cord when you cut into the cake - guests thought it was funny and yummy! (Except my friend Annette, pictured above, who thought I could be certified nuts...and she could do it, being a psychologist!) :)

Nancy you only baked 3, I baked 4 lambs, 3 bunnies, and 2 easter eggs, and I was exhausted after! I finished the last egg at a quarter to 12 one evening. At that point I had enough.

The Lamb cakes came out great and
you look good too! Only you would think of using the swirl cake mix!

I should try the swirl cake mix - the pound cake wasn't so great this time...I agree with you - no coconut on the lambs. I saw the bunny pan - very cute...might have to get one.
