The traditional "truckers breakfast"
Here is my breakfast at the Waffle House diner in Charlotte - a three egg omelette, toast, cheesy hashbrowns, grits with cheese and sausages - a modest start to the day...
just read an article - Waffle House turns 50!! cash only - in 25 states - eggs served in a year - 185 million - pounds of grits served each year - 3.2 million - cups of coffee - 95 million...and just so you know they aren't just serving breakfast - about 10,000 t-bone steaks served in a day!!! how did Nancy want her hashbrowns? sattered, smothered and covered!!! (grilled with onions and cheese)
